Prets and Gail's coming to Brentwood

10th January 2022 | Mark Mannering

Brentwood's High Street is filling up, with two new major occupiers coming to the Town this Spring. Mass & Co are pleased to report the lettings of retail spaces to Pret A Manger and Gail's which completed last month.

Sandwich and coffee operator Prets have taken 42 High Street, after New Look decided not to renew their lease, and bakery Gail's have taken 69 High Street which was formerly occupied by Waterstones.

Mass & Co further report increasing demand for retail spaces in Brentwood, even amidst the slowdown during the continuing pandemic. All the vacant stores being offered in the High Street are now spoken for, including the former Dorothy Perkins which is destined to be taken by Tesco, subject to obtaining licensing.
